Building

Buildings are all fractions of a territory that encompass structures and constructions of any nature, which are embodied or settled therein.

They are classified into rustic and urban and are characterized by their use:

• Housing;
• Cultural;
• Services;
• Industrial.

These are buildings that generally cover all types of structures that are erect above ground, such as apartments, shops, warehouses, gyms. In other words, a comprehensive way of defining any of the aforementioned types of construction.

All Buildings as a general rule are first subject to an Architecture project and subsequently handed to Civil Engineers. Although in our country, a law authorizing certain civil engineers to sign architectural projects has been approved this year.
